After a detailed consultation with our engineers, our customer would like to add a deep -rotor VSI crusher to the existing plant. The VSI crusher is designed to produce very good particle shape and a high preparation of fines. Of course, it can meet the requirement for fineness. As for the selection of delomite grinding mill, they choose our ultrafine mill, which is specially designed for the grinding size of powder ranging from 325 to 2500mesh. In addition, it is a complete plant, including the bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, classifier, pulse bag filter, cyclone collector, pipes and all necessary parts, our small ultrafine mill can reach the capacity about 1.2-2 t/h in line with the output of 1250mesh. Under the professional guidance of our engineers, they have finished the installation and commissioning successfully.
Outcome of Project
Stones on the working site should be fed into the primary crusher such as jaw crusher by vibrating feeder, then the crushed coarse stones will be further crushed via the conveyor belt during the secondary crushing stage. Usually, cone crusher or impact crusher is used as the secondary crusher machine. And then those stone particles will be sieved by vibrating screen into different grades, and those products which meet the demands will be transported to a stockpile, while the larger ones will be transferred into VSI crusher(sand making machine) for further crushing until reaching the requirement.
